Together in Electric Dreams (Live on MFTI)

Back in 2022 Parralox performed an Unplugged / Piano accompanied version of "Together in Electric Dreams" live on Musicology for the Inept, at Bakehouse Studios in Richmond, Victoria, Australia.

"Together in Electric Dreams" is a song by the British singer and composer Philip Oakey and Italian composer and producer Giorgio Moroder. It was written by Oakey and Moroder and recorded for the original soundtrack of the film Electric Dreams (1984). It later formed part of the joint album Philip Oakey & Giorgio Moroder (1985).

As well as the live performance, John was also interviewed by MFTI hosts Julian Smith and Greg Young.
Musicology for the Inept is no longer active, so we thought we would share this rare recording with you.

Fun fact - Parralox have only performed this song live twice. First at Silicon Dreams in Liverpool (2017) and second on MFTI.

We would like to specially thank Raegan Krista, Julian, Greg and Adam Reinhart for coordinating the event.
