German Film Star (The Mini Movie - Filmed in Synth-O-Vision)
Parralox proudly presents our new "Mini Movie" for "I'm in Love with a German Film Star (Filmed in SYNTH-O-VISION)"
We've used the classic Science Fiction movie Metropolis (1927) by Fritz Lang to create a visual and surreal robotic fever dream.
Motion capture for all the video is by Louise Love, Johanna Gervin, and John von Ahlen while in New York, late 2025.
Clearly we love all things science Fictions (Our sophomore album was titled "Metropoilis" in homage to this ground breaking movie.
The combo of this classic Fritz Lang 1927 masterpiece, with the audio beauty of The Passions original track seemed like the perfect combo.
All music by Parralox is written, performed, and produced by human artists. No AI-generated audio or composition tools are used in our recordings.
But.....we did use CGI/AI with After Effects for the music video enhance the visual, and are ecstatic with the results!!
We hope you like it too 💖
