Standard shipping times are:
Australia : 2-5 days
International : 7-10days
We take no responsibility for orders getting lost in the mail.

But please note that we have shipped many CDs internationally and NONE have been lost so far.
We use high quality packing materials and pay strict attention to detail when it comes to packing and labelling your CD.



We assume everything purchased from this site is a gift - therefore declare them as a gift (for Customs).

Shipping Costs
The postage amount is accurate. Packaging and handling costs have been built into this amount. If your postage amount is over-calculated we will return the excess amount to you. We will give you shop credit to this value. If such an error occurs, you will be notified when your order is dispatched.

Returns:
We do not accept returns once you have made your purchase, however if your CD is faulty (ie pressing error at the Manufacturing Plant) then we will happily exchange your CD/item for a new one.

Q: How much does it cost to ship to me?

A: Most of our items have shipping costs built into them, which means postage is free!
For other tiems, to find the shipping costs, go through the site and add your items to your cart. (You do not have to be logged in for this).
Once you have all the items you want, click on "Shopping Cart" (it's located at the top of the column on the left).
Now click on the 'Estimate Shipping' button. (On the left under you itemised order).
You must enter a Country AND Postal Code before your estimated shipping cost can be calculated. Pick your country from the dropdown menu.
Type your postcode in the field provided. Make sure your postcode does not have any spaces in it. UK and Canadian postcodes usually look like this: "EB4 WE5".
The shopping cart gets confused with the space, so you'll need to enter it like this: "EB4WE5" (no spaces).
Now hit the 'Update' button and your shipping will be calculated.

Q: The cart won't deliver to me - it keeps saying "ERROR"...??!!
